Internship Opportunities

The Scott A. Jones Internship Program offers students the opportunity to meet and network with entrepreneurs and innovators and promotes hands-on education related to innovation and technology.

We are open to exploring every opportunity to meet talented, high-quality student interns in an effort to place them with start-up companies to help accelerate company growth and provide students with valuable educational experiences.

There are currently two types of internships, Educational Internship (unpaid) and Paid Internship. Our internships typically last 3-4 months and are available year round. Our internships are generally in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas.

Types of Internships:

Educational Internship:

Each semester, we offer a limited number of Educational Internship opportunities. If selected, these interns will have the unique opportunity to meet and network with some of the top entrepreneurs and innovators in the world, contribute to a high performance team on the latest cutting-edge ideas, and participate in professional development workshops and training.

Educational Interns are paired with key members of the affiliate team who will be responsible for assigning projects, providing on-the-job training, answering questions and offering regular performance reviews. The mentor will be available and accessible to the intern either through scheduled meetings or an open door policy. At the end of the semester, Educational interns will participate in an entrepreneurship symposium with Scott A. Jones and his associates…..an absolutely priceless experience!

Due to the intense education component of this internship, participants in the Educational Internship are strongly encouraged to pursue college credits for the semester.

Compensation for paid internships:

We recognize the specialized skills these students bring and compensate accordingly. We also offer flexible hours whenever possible, recognizing students need to work around academic schedules. Wages are commensurate with industry experience.
